In order to utilise certain full functionalities of the Website, each User may need to register and create an account on the Website. Customers agree to create only one (1) unique Account and that you shall be the sole authorised user of your Account. As part of the registration process, Customers will be asked to submit certain information such as their name, email address, phone number, profile name, etc., and to create a login password (collectively, “Registration Data”). You agree that all Registration Data you provide to Ink & Art Studio will be and remain at all times true, accurate, current, and complete. Ink & Art Studio may from time to time modify or add to the Registration Data information fields required to create an Account, and you agree to promptly complete any such additional or modified information fields when and as requested by Ink & Art Studio.
Payments and Sales Through Website
The Website is an online marketplace for products/ merchandise, mainly books in all forms and related merchandise, made available for sale by Ink & Art Studio. You acknowledge that Ink & Art Studio provides the Website for purposes of interacting socially with its customers and the public generally, and that Products/ Merchandise shall be priced, sold, and delivered by Ink & Art Studio and their chosen delivery service or a Third Party Print on Demand Service. Products/ merchandise offered for sale contains descriptions that are provided by the publisher, manufacturer, or distributor.
In order to make a purchase on the Website, a Customer may be required to establish an Account. A Customer shall pay the price advertised on the listing and the cost of shipping, based on weight of the products ordered. Customers shall be solely responsible for payment for purchases made through their Account.
Credit/Debit Cards Accepted for Online Payments.
The cost to ship a product/ merchandise that a Customer purchases through the Website is calculated on a “per order,” “per item,” weight basis. Ink & Art Studio will ship the product/ merchandise to the address designated by the Customer so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract and, as a result, risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Merchandise to the carrier.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Ink & Art Studio, so we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped Merchandise from Ink & Art Studio you may return such Products/ Merchandise within thirty (30) days of its delivery date for a refund of the cost of the items returned including initial shipping costs.
If you have simply changed your mind, return your order within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund minus the initial shipping costs. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the Product/ Merchandise. Please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
